Graduated from Christian Brothers College, 1979. Sold Pharmaceuticals for several years. During this time my brother Richard was murdered and I had an accident where I sustained a brain injury and lost my memory. My first husband married me with the idea of a big "insurance settlement". I thought he was the right guy. It took ten years and a lot of prayers and I recovered some but not all my memory and abilities. I could paint pictures so I went to some classes and finally started my own business in 1990. I married Sonny, my second husband in 1991. It has not been easy on him but he has hung in there during the recovery process, something husband one refused to do. We had two store locations one At Ole Miss the other at Tiger High. We consolidated in 2002. We have a store on Southern Ave. at Highland Street near the University of Memphis. My judgement has not been the greatest. I signed a contract to build a home. The house is unfinished and we are living in a two room house where inside plumbing was added some time later. It is a hoot! We were building a log home kit home. It never arrived.When we move in, our home address will be in Michigan City, MS. We have no children. Since we have been so blessed to survive, we wanted to spend more time helping others. We were going to use the farm as a recovery center for children in foster care or abandoned as well as those needing a new place to start life after an illness(they used send them to Grandmother's house when we were kids). I'm the designated granny. I am an painter and have the store as a hobby. We believe the second half of you life is more important because you have learned a lot and therefore have a lot to share with the next generation. My husband and I attend Central Church in Collierville. We have been married 15 years. I am very fortunate to have known you all. If it seems I do not remember you..Go Slow, it may come back to me.
