Scott Wohler
I am currently working as Chief Engineer for a broadcast service provider in Severn, MD. 3G Wireless is one of only 4 US companies that are responsible for the behind-the-scenes affairs of live venues (mainly sporting events like golf, yacht racing, car racing, horse racing, soccer, lacrosse, etc.) We provide RF/microwave services, in addition to video, audio, telemetry, and wireless camera control. We are the first company to offer true wireless HD handheld cameras with integrated camera control and cell site switching.
I am personally responsible for R&D, hardware design, including analog, digital, and RF/microwave. Previously the only member of the design department, I now am managing three other employees, two being integral to the design team.
I've been living in Annapolis for nearly four years now, but my fiancee and I are persuing the purchase of a home around the Baltimore / Anne Arundel County areas.
