Jeff Scovill
5/28/69 - 12/4/10
Jeffrey Wayne Scovill of Hudson, Wisconsin joined his heavenly Father on Saturday, December 4, 2010 due to a short bout of brain cancer.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 10th, at the Elim Lutheran Church with Pastor Karen Cluts officiating. There will be no visitation. For condolences, please visit www.mitchellfh.com. The Mitchell Family Funeral Home is caring for the local arrangements.
Jeff was born in Sioux City, Iowa, May 28, 1969 to become the son of Jim and Alice Scovill of Marshalltown, Iowa. Jeff graduated from Marshalltown High School with the class of 1987; he went on to Iowa State University graduating in the class of 1991 in Transportation and Logistics. Jeff work for C.H.Robinson Worldwide Incorporated, working his way up to Vice President of Global Forwarding, traveling the world for the company. Jeff loved people and sports. He was a man who loved his family, fishing and landscaping. To his first marriage he had 3 children, Emily, Ben and Josh, in second marriage to Sarah Olson he added 2 more children, Jonah and Bella Olson to his family. It was his second marriage that he really began to enjoy life for such a short time.
Left to cherish Jeff’s life is his wife Sarah, his mother and dad, Alice and Jim Scovill of Marshalltown. Jeff’s 5 children; Emily, Ben, and Josh of Woodbury, Minnesota and Jonah and Bella Olson of Hudson, Wisconsin, his grandmother Edith Stuckmyer of Minerva, Iowa, 7 uncles 2 aunts and many cousins. Memorial services will be held and Elim Lutheran Church at a later date.
Jeff will join his Grandpa David Stuckmeyer, Grandpa and Grandma Velma and Sherm Scovill, 2 of his favorite aunts and 4 cousins
