I have lived in California since I can remember; Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and lastly in Santa Barbara.
I have a BS in Nutrition and Food Science with hopes to get my RD (registered dietician) as well as my Master's Degree at Colorado State University.
I have spent the last 6 years traveling to the Pacific and Caribbean coasts of Mexico, Isla Mujeres, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica, while having the time of my life and seeing incredible people, places and marine life.
My favorite career was when I was Food Scientist for Baskin Robins (yes, the ice cream) developing, making and testing new flavors and concepts in the frozen dessert world - what fun it was!
I work for Allergan Medical, a division of Allergan as a Clinial Product Support Analyst and Clinical Research Associate for breast implants, facial injectibles (collagen, Botox, Juvederm, hyaluronic acids, etc.) and the LAP-BAND® Adjustable Gastric Banding System. This is a challenging and rewarding career where I am able to participate in clinical research, quality control and research and development of products that assist in keeping our aging population looking young, help breast cancer patients replace what has been lost, and provide solutions for our population's growing epidemic of obesity.
I have no children at this time, but will adopt several pets starting with a dog, a cat and hopefully, a horse and pot belly pig. I was never a "country girl" but have fallen in love with the idea of having a ranch by the sea.
I am looking forward to making our 25th year reunion (Finally) and hope that in reading this, it finds you happy, healthy and wealthy (ha ha ha, what we all want right???).
