I graduated from BYU, got married, had 5 kids, moved to Alaska and got divorced. I stayed in Alaska, ex moved to Utah with the kids. I lived in Anchorage for 13 years, working for an oil company before finally moving to Salt Lake City so I could be closer to my kids. Have been employed by Snowbird Ski Resort since 1996, although I really work directly with the owner in Dallas. That job has been a dream come true for someone who was single and by then, had an almost empty nest. My boss, Dick Bass, is an adventurer and entrepreneur and as his assistant I’ve been fortunate to have traveled a lot of the world. Most notably, I have been to both the north side and south side base camps of Mt. Everest; Lhasa, Tibet; Great Wall of China, Beijing, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Tokyo, Shanghai, most of Europe, Peru, Bolivia and when I was 50, climbed Mt. Blanc in the French Alps. If it sounds glamorous, it isn't - it’s a high stress environment working for a wealthy eccentric, but it really has been a privilege to see the world. I recently remarried in 2005 and between spending time working in Dallas and SLC (where I also make time to visit my 9(!)grandchildren, I love being home to enjoy the Southwest winters. We try to get back to Bremerton every summer to sail around the Sound, visit with family and get away from the Arizona summer heat!

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
