Married in 1976 to Kenneth Dale McCloud and put him through his last two years of law shcool. After law school in 1981 he became interested in others and we finally after a two year separation, (since he was a lawyer it took 2 years to divorce him), we finally had it all over with. No children thank god.
Second marriage, David Webb and a great man and father. We had three children in my 30's. Raised them until they were in school and then I went back to teaching. Graduated from CMSU in 1976 in Physical Education K-12 and Health K-12. Minor in Recreation. In 1978 returned to CMSU and completed a general science degree 7-12. Completed my masters at Baker University in 2007. Taught school in KCMO for several years and then to Fort Osage School District. Finally in Hickman Mills C-1. I teach high school Earth Science, Physical Science and Intro to Biology.
In Fort Osage School district I began teaching At-risk youth at the Jackson County Detention center, McCune detention center lock down facility. I currently still teach at-risk students in the Hickman Mills C-1. It is very difficult, but on some days can be rewarding.
In 2007 - 2008 I became Teacher of the year.
My first born, Michelle was a state high school swimmer at Blue Springs High School and became a nurse, RN. She works at St. Luke's East in Lee's Summit Mo. My son, Matthew, was a state football, swimmer and baseball player at Blue Spring High School and went on to college on a full scholarship in division one baseball. His senior year he led the nation in walks, as no one wanted to pitch to him. Lots of home runs and was 25 in the nation his senior year in bases stolen. Came close to being drafted into the majors. In American Legion ball Matthew tied Albert Pujols home run American Legion record in a two month run with 25 home runs in the summer after high school in 2003. Most of those home runs were with a wood bat. Matthew was honored with American Legion player of the year and also MVP of the wood bat tournament as well as state and regional MVP in 2003. Quite a fun time in baseball. Currently Matthew is finishing his degree in exercise science.
Megan my last, is still in Florida as she has been since high school. She is studying to be a marine biologist. She is presently in her Senior year of schooling. She will graduate Summa Cum Laude. She is at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. After graduation she wishes to study her masters in Australia. Megan states that Australia is the mega capital of the world for marine life and that is where it is at. If she does do this we probably will not see her state side again. Oh well, it will be a great place to visit if I only could afford to go on a teachers salary. In high school she ran track, swam and played tennis for Blue Springs high school.
My husband,David is head of the Maintenance department at St. Luke's East Hospital in Lees Summit Missouri.
I am looking forward to retirement in about 5 years.
In High School at Truman when I attended title nine had not happened yet and we were not fortunate enough to have girls sports, only clubs. I was involved in Student council and the track cheer leaders club, and the Gymnastics club. I did however swim for the Independence YMCA while in High School.
In College at CMSU I tried out for the Gymnastics team and made varsity as the #2 all around gymnast. I stayed at #2 for all four years of school. My senior year I was selected as the Team captain. I competed at the state level and the regional level. I was not good enough to make it to the national level. Great fun and an excellent way to go to school on an athletic scholarship.
After College I taught Gymnastics, coached a team and also judged gymnastics on the high school level. Coached on the national level with the Turners organization with Olympic Gymnasts Cathy Rigby's Coach for two years. Wow, was that really neat! Gave it all up in my 30's to start a family and devote my time to them. No regrets! Still have two in college and hope to one day have them off of my payroll.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
