Mr. Woodward has over 25 years of experience in industrial hygiene services including asbestos management, lead-based paint management, mold and radon investigation and remediation, indoor air quality services, safety services, building construction and demolition environmental services, contaminant remediation design and implementation for all types of real estate development properties ranging from residential to commercial shopping centers to high rise buildings, utility and manufacturing facilities, hotels, sporting complexes, power plants and telecommunications facilities.
Mr. Woodward also specializes in Marketing and Sales efforts nationally and directing teams of personnel in performing all environmental services for complex, multi-site, large-scale projects and facility management. He has performed building inspections, remediation cost estimation, abatement design and remediation oversight for projects throughout the US.
From 1988 through 1993, Performed and managed environmental related projects throughout the United States including shopping malls, manufacturing facilities, commercial properties, colleges, hospitals, and military installations. Inspected over 300 public school buildings during the response to the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA).
Mr. Woodward has managed national Special Projects for a major banking client involving data management, coordination of field personnel and subcontractors, budgets, and interaction with the client for multi-site audits and inspections for asbestos and several large data conversion/review projects involving up to 5,000 sites. Mr. Woodward renewed this program by implementing creative solutions for multi-site tracking and reporting processes.
Mr. Woodward was designated Principal-In-Charge for a large telecommunications client managing all activities nationwide for them since 2003 with contract work performed over 50 million dollars. His duties included the performance of presentations and attendance at quarterly meetings for both Senior Management and Corporate Accounting. He also presented at several training sessions for asbestos, indoor air quality, regulated materials, spill prevention and tank management, mold and water intrusion, etc. He also acted as the Project Director for this client for a national project involving 3,500 sites. The project involved environmental audits, budgeting for environmental related remediation efforts including: asbestos, mold, Air permitting, Underground Storage Tanks, SARA Title III Reporting, Spill Prevention Planning, demolition of facilities, and facilities repairs related to Health & Safety.
Mr. Woodward oversaw the remediation of several hundred sites to correct problems associated with mold and water intrusion related problems at sites, indoor air quality investigations, asbestos and mold remediation; Underground Storage Tank pulls, and Air Permitting Services for facilities located around the country. He coordinated all efforts between the site contacts, regional managers, subcontractors and all company personnel. Responsible for the oversight of all field and office activities including the scheduling, daily reporting, budget development and management, and review of all final documents issued to the client.
Mr. Woodward has designed hundreds of large-scale abatement projects including asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, hazardous materials, and demolition.
