Thank you!
Thank you to everyone who attended, especially those of you who traveled great distances to be with us. It was a wonderful time to reflect back on those 3 brief years 30 years ago, and how

Greetings Class of 1976! I hope you all are enjoying life and are in good health! I am looking forward to visiting with each of you
at the 30 Year Class Reunion. I was unable to attend the 20 Year Reunion in 1996, so I have a lot of catching up to do!
After our graduation from SMW in 1976, I attended the University of Arkansas for a year, where I played on the varsity baseball team. I then decided to concentrate on academics, and continued my education at the University of Kansas, where I received my undergraduate degree in 1980. I continued my post-graduate education at the KU School of Medicine in Kansas City, where I received my Doctorate of Medicine in 1985 and completed my residency training in General Surgery in 1990.
I relocated to Augusta, GA in 1991, where I established a private practice in General Surgery, and where I remain today. This was a major change for a life-long Kansas City native and faithful Jayhawks, Chiefs, and Royals fan. The establishment of the internet and the appearance of satellite TV made the transition easier for me and allowed me to maintain ties to the area. Overall, it was a good move, and it definitly broadened my horizons. That said, I would never rule out an eventual return to the Kansas City area.
I met my wife, Lynn, in Augusta. We were married in 1994. We have two beautiful daughters. Madison is almost eleven years old and Brianna will be eight in September. It has been a joyful experience to see them advance through their childhood years and I consider it a privlege to have the opportunity to be a part of their lives.
I continue to maintain an interest in sports and physical fitness. I exercise and play golf as often as I can. I follow KU football and basketball and the Chiefs very closely. In fact, with satellite TV, I rarely miss a game. I continue to maintain a membership in the Williams Educational Fund at KU and I remain a KU football and basketball season ticket holder.
I return to Kansas City a couple times a year to visit my mother and a few close friends. My father passed away last summer, but he lived a long and good life. I usually attend one KU football game and one KU basketball game each year, and a Chiefs game, if possible, as well.
I am really looking forward to visiting with each of you at the reunion, and learning what life's jouney has brought you. Most of you I haven't seen since at least the 10 Year Reunion in 1986! I hope the attendance is good! Are you listening Marilyn Dawson?
See you at the Reunion!

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
