I am glad I decided to take on this project. Maintaining this website has been great fun.
Since my family moved from Logansport years ago, I had lost touch with everything and everybody Logansport. I feel sad when I think about all the years I have lost from the people with whom I grew up. You are the people who help shape the person I am today.
After high school, I attended Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. I graduated with a degree in social work.
I eventually went to work for the State of Ohio, Rehabiltation Services Commission in Columbus, Ohio.
My current job title is Disability Hearing Officer. I travel around the state of Ohio and meet with people who are appealing their Social Security or Supplemental Security Income disability decision. I have worked for the State of Ohio for 27 years and am looking forward to retirement and it is possible I will be offered early retirement within the nexg year.
I have had some challenges in my life. At age 35, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I feel very blessed that I am a 17 year survivor of breast cancer.
I view that part of my life as an opportunity for new beginnings. It was a time to explore and I discovered some new options. I returned to school part time, while I was still working full time, and earned a master's degree in counseling from the University of Dayton.
After being divorced for many years, I married my wonderful husband, Mike, on July 17, 2004. It took a long time for me to meet him, even though he had worked in the same building with me for years.
We live in Columbus, Ohio. I have lived in Columbus for over twenty-five years.
I have taken on a new online responsibility. Classmate Laura Bailey introduced me to her forum, Allbeliefs.com. I enjoyed reading the posts but it took me a long time to start posting myself. I eventually started posting and they have honored me by asking me to become on of their forum moderators.
We have lost two beloved pets this year. We lost our dog, Leo, in May of '07 and we lost one of our cats, Katie, in January of '08. We now only have one cat, Cleo. She misses her pals a lot.
It has been great e-mailing, talking and chatting with many of you. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
