Today's Featured Biography
Carolyn Lloyd Luttschwager-Parker
Once I graduated from H.S. I worked at WSAL the later moved to Chicago and worked for two National Adverting Agencies; Wade Advertising and J. W. Thompson, both jobs were as a Copy Writer initially ending at J.W.T. as Copy Chief.
Before I left advertising I did win 5 Cleo Awards to top rated ads. Quite a feather in my cap.
I left advertising and went to work for American Airlines and worked in may capacities including the Tour Desk, which was exceeding exciting as I got to visit many destinations to check out resorts, rate them and report back to AA as to their quality. I also worked many year as a Flight Attendant and saw places I never imagined i would see and even worked as a Union Negotiator, so the career was vast and exciting.
Upon retiring, I opened Milady's Boutique which was more fun that ever but I sold it after three years to devote more time to traveling.
In January 2003 I lost my husband, Al Luttschwager, to brain cancer. Al was a great soul mate and career USAF.
In 2006 I met Dr.Parker, quite by accident and we were married Feb 14, 2007. At that time he was living in Nebraska, but due to the weather in NE compared to AZ, we had no doubt we would live in AZ where I had been "off and on" for over 50 years.
I was so excited to attend my 60th Class Reunion, but at the very last minute, almost literally, the trip was cancelled.
Would love to hear from my classmates, not only from the Class of 53, but 52 thru 55....so come on guys, drop me a line.
