Do not feel obligated to dress in any special way, but you are welcome to join in the fun of dressing in red carpet attire or as your favorite movie character, actress, or actor. Early red carpet arrivals will begin at 5:00 pm with a cash bar available. Casual dining is targeted for 6:00 pm. The remainder of the schedule will be provided as the festivities fall into place.
A Friday night gathering is currently being discussed. It is our plan to meet at Amelio's on June 26 at approximately 6:00 pm. If you are interested in eating, you may order from the menu, but all food and drink will be at your own expense. Plan to "break the reunion ice" by attending Friday if nothing more than to simply visit with family and friends. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

After graduation from Purdue in 1974, I began a teaching career in the Math Dept. at LHS. In 1985, I left teaching to become a Data Processing Manager at T.M. Morris Mfg. I was part of that company until spring of 2007. I am now back at LHS teaching Math and have also been teaching a class at Ivy-Tech since 2008.
My wife, Kit, and I have 2 sons. Christopher graduated in 2000, went to Vincennes for a year, and now lives in Brownsburg, IN. He is now a manager at On the Border Mexican Restaurant in Greenwood. He's not too serious about the marraige thing right now, but does have a beautiful 2-yr old border collie.
Our second son, Shawn, helped to bond our family. He was born deaf and we all spent a lot of time together getting him the training, love, and encouragement for him to be successful as an adult. We had to make tough sacrifices, but it's all been well worth it. God has helped every bit of the long road.
At age 4, we sent him to a tremendous auditory-verbal deaf school in St. Louis. At age 5, he received a cochlear implant that opened up a hearing world to him. This was his life altering event. Without this marvelous device, he would not be where he is today. He graduated in 2006 and then spent a year at IUK and Ball State and has also attended Ivy-Tech. We are so VERY proud of him. He has a terrific, positive attitude and wonderful personality and is great with kids.
Shawn got married in 2013 to Dawn Turner and they are parents to a wonderful, soon to be 3 year-old boy, Nolan. He is our only grandchild. He loves to spend time and go to ballgames with Papa.
I have stayed active in sports as well over the years. I play basketball twice weekly and have played softball for the past 41 years. I just can't give it up. I coached Babe Ruth League baseball for 15 years and also served as a Secretary, Treasurer, and President.
I follow Purdue basketball and rarely miss attending a home game. I also attend most LHS football, basketball, and baseball games.
In 2012 I began a new 'career'. I help broadcast the Berries baseball games on WSAL. I enjoy doing it, but will definitely hang on to my day job a little while longer.
My wife and I celebrated our 37th anniversary last year. She has been a Dental Asst. for the past 16 years, after spending over 20 years as a self-employed upholsterer. (I'm still waiting to get 'our' furniture done)
