Today's Featured Biography
deana johnson patterson
I am very happy at this point in my life, i had a bout with cancer in December of 2003 and had to have a double mastectomy, but Thank God that i have a husband that was there for me and a great momma as well. She was here for me in the time that i needed her the most and i Thank her for putting her life on hold for me, but i can truly say that i can understand the meaning of the term that you will do what ever you need for your children. My husband works for pepsi here and has made the lead man position in less than one year, he is wonderful. My oldest son has a heart of gold and that has helped me alot consedering that i have lupus , fybromalygia , rhumitoid arthritis and the bout with breast cancer. The second son , Nathan is the son that is the most precious in life for the reason that in 1995 he was hit by a hit- and -run driver that left him for dead and unfortunately enough he was clinically dead for 15 minutes and that makes him kinda spoilled by all of my family, and the youngest, Jackie Dean , he is the name sake of my daddy that passed away in 1963 when he was only 22 years old from bone cancer. So Jackie was a Godsend to me. not to sound so depressing , but i would not change anything that has been put into my life then or even now. I am not the kind to set still , like after i graduated from Palo Duro i was in Amarillo for a time due to the fact that i was married to Randy Arney for one year after that i decided that i would go to Biloxi Mississippi and i taught at the beauty school there in Gulfport Mississippi. i was there for less than one year needing to be back in Amarillo close to my mmoma. I searched for something that i knew that i was not going to find and had alot of bad relationships with men that were not what i was deserving of. But by the Grace of God Scotty married me and adopted the two youngest boys , meaning that their fathers had to give that right away for him to adopt and they did that with only a fight from Nathan's daddy , a retired police officer that is married to a judge that did not want him to be part of that family, so needless to say, i am proud that my boys have a great father to learn from, the one hing that he has taught them is how a man should take care of his family in every way that there is, working very hard, taking them to Church , and just having a man to teach them the things that a momma has a hard time trying to teach them. Thank God that He had higher standards for me then i was allowing myself. i am happy that i am a survivor of cancer, and that my life has finally found the meaning that i really can appreciate in my older and more wise age. I miss all of the times that i had in school b ut i am happy that i am making great new memories with the three boys that i was blessed by God above to have as my sons. I pray that all of the class of 1981 is doing great and that you are all happy in the endevors that your lives have taken you . God Bless all of you friends and people that i just passed and felt the warmth of in school.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
