Today's Featured Biography
Loni Eastep Hall
Wow, I can't believe it's already been 10 years. After high school, I went to school at Shoreline Community College in Seattle, and then transferred to Eastern Oregon University, where I continued playing volleyball. After college, I moved back to Seattle and I ended up going back to beauty school. I work at the Gene Juarez Salon & Spa in downtown Seattle as a Spa Therapist. In between the last 5 years working there, I took some time off to do some traveling, and I went back to Korea to teach English for a year. While I was there, I met my biological family (my parents and 6 older sisters), as well as my husband. I had been there for a month, and another teacher I met there invited me to go out to the bars, where there were a bunch of US military soldiers. The first guy she introduced me to, I ended up dating the rest of the year. After the year was up, I went back to Tennessee with him, and we got engaged. After a year there, we were transferred up to Fort Lewis in Seattle, thank God!!! and we have been back for almost a year now. We just got married in April of this year. I'm back working at Gene Juarez, and am also back in school full-time getting my estheticians license, which I will finish in November. Oh yeah, we also have a 3 year old son named Tre. He is Junior (my husbands) son, but he lives with us, and he is my pride and joy!
