Meet at Kamiak Butte County Park at 11 and hike together to the Viewpoint and Summit; the trail is rated moderate (3.5 mile RT and 900 feet of elevation).
At the summit we will invoke the spirits of departed classmates. As in 2015, spontaneous Greyhound levitation is likely to occur. (see photo link next to More Information)
My Pullman years were great years of growth for me and I value the lasting connections made. From Kansas City, MO, we arrived in Pullman/Albion/Albion Highway during the big January snow storm of 1969 and I finished 6th grade with you all in Mr. Rossing's class at Lincoln. I was with you through our Freshman year at the old High School, but in Summer of 1972 we moved to Spokane where I completed High School at West Valley. I was eager to return to Pullman and acquired my degree in Music from WSU. Those years allowed me to reconnect with a few Pullman friends which was always good. The last few years have allowed for a good and growing friendship with Ron Watson and have enjoyed visiting with Noel Carey a couple of times. I've also enjoyed bumping into Arlin Meyer at Cougar games.
Even during my High School years I was active in music ministry in my church and my path into Worship ministry and being a Pastor was pretty well set from those days. I've served churches in Moscow, Klamath Falls, OR, Longview, WA, Portland, Glendale and Salem, OR. until 2015 when I received an opportunity to return to Spokane and be Pastor at North Addison Baptist Church. I've now targeted the end of 2025 as time for retirement.
During college, I met a sweet Moscow girl and persuaded her to marry me in 1980, just a couple of weeks after Mt. St. Helens delivered her ash to cover our region. We enjoyed 25.5 years of marriage before she died of breast cancer after a valiant battle. I finished raising our 3 kids and after 8 years, the Lord blessed me with another sweet bride, now of 12 years, who brings joy and light to my life. I love time with my kids and their families. We have 5 grandkids so far, and counting, ages 14 down to 16 months.
Spare time is a bit hard to find, but I enjoy fishing, hunting, hiking, and handy projects around the house (mine or a friend's). Julie and I have enjoyed casual time on our tandem bike and a tandem kayak.
It will be great to connect with you all and catch up on life! Blessings to you all.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
