Today's Featured Biography
Pamela Flory Crum
Pamela J. Crum, age 50, of York, and formerly of Chambersburg, died on Saturday, December 20, 2008, in the home she shared with her companion of four years, Clinton Saunders.
Born on July 30, 1958 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Louise Brookens Flory.
A 1976 graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School, Pam had worked as a waitress at a number of restaurants in York, including the Old Country Buffet and the New Freedom Restaurant. Pam had several artistic talents, which included various crafts, knitting, and other needlework.
Surviving are her three children, Jeremy Crum (and fiancé, Tiffany Barrow) of Chambersburg, Brandon Kohr (and companion, Michele Antonini) of West Chester, and Shawnda Kohr of Chambersburg; one brother, Dennis (and wife, Gerry) Flory of Chambersburg; one sister, Bonnie Dunn of Exton, PA; and four grandchildren, Krizma Crum, Rylan Barrow, Ashliee and Hunner Hockenberry. Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James F. Flory.
Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, December 24, 2008 in the chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. Paul B. Baker will officiate.
Interment will follow in Grindstone Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 7-9 PM on Tuesday, and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Online condolences may be expressed at geiselfuneralhome.com.
