Elizabeth Knepper Besecker
Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Knepper Besecker, 40, of 1972 Wenger Lane, died Friday, April 11, 1997, at her home.
Born Oct. 9, 1956, in Cumberland, Md., she was the daughter of Wilmer and Agnes Keating Knepper of Chambersburg.
She was a 1974 graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School. She also was a 1986 graduate of Franklin County Vo-Tech Nursing Program.
She was employed as a licensed practical nurse for the past two years by ManorCare Nursing Home, Carlisle, Pa. She had previously been employed by several other area nursing homes.
She was a member of The Presbyterian Church of Falling Spring, Chambersburg, where she sang with the choir.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Dennis E. Besecker, whom she married on Sept. 2, 1977; one daughter, Emily Ann Besecker, at home; two stepsons; one stepdaughter; one sister, Colleen Wallace of Greenvillage, Pa.; one brother, Dennis Knepper of Mechanicsburg, Pa.; six step-grandchildren; one niece; one nephew; and cousins.
She was preceded in death by an infant son; and a brother, Daniel Knepper.
