Today's Featured Biography
Anita Holden Freese
Hi! Well, the 20 Year Reunion has passed and if you missed it - it was alot of fun! For those of you who attended - if I didn't talk to you - please don't think I'm stuck up. I've always had trouble talking to most people. I wish that I could be more outgoing - but I don't know how. I'm much better at communicating this way - so here goes.
After graduation, I immediately started working for a small family owned and operated company called Hart, Incorporated. Two of my sisters (Sherri and Paula) also work there. We sell computer software to schools and school systems in NC, SC and GA. It is a great company to work for. They have taken us and our spouses on a cruise every other year since March of 2000! In case you're wondering - no they are not hiring!
In 1989, I met Shaun (the love of my life). We were engaged within six months and were married on July 14, 1990. Shaun (a carpenter for a company called Aspen Builders located in Hendersonvile, NC)is the best! He is so good to me and ladies he is the cook in the house - not me! I know that God brought us together and that we are meant to be.
In November of 1999, Dawson was born. Most people say that he is the spitting image of his father - although, I think there's a little of me in there somewhere. He will be five this week.
In September of this year, Gavin was born. I hope that he looks a little more like me, so I will look like I belong!
I know what you're thinking. We are late starters for parents, but as the saying goes "better late, than never"!
We currently live in a two-story brick house in Woodfin that Shaun has been remodeling for several years. We hope to get it finished this year or early next year. It's alot of work, but it's worth it when you see the results!
