I currently reside in the back slopes of Camino, California on some acres of mountain and river land. It is my sanctuary. Camino is located in the Sierra Mother Lode; one hour from Sacramento and one hour from Lake Tahoe. I am the principal for The Cameron Group, a consultation firm in organizational development and research design and evaluation. I do executive coaching and life skills training. My firm conducts change initiatives, training and research design and evaluation for organizations. I hold faculty appointments with Capella University Graduate School & Research Center, California State University, Sacramento, AIU, DeVry and Chapman University. I was a member of the Board of Advisors for Cambridge University School of Medicine's International Medical Education Program for several years in its formulation. I am currently a member of an Institutional Review Board that provides evaluation of research protocols on human subjects for medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. I am also a board member of Divine Spark, a non profit organization serving the Native American population. I teach a variety of courses in organizational behavior, management, psychology and statistics. Over the last 30 years I have taught at a number of universities and held administrative positions at several of them throughout the years.
I was raised in the Santa Ynez Valley above Santa Barbara on a small ranch and started my education with a career of veterinary medicine in mind. I played music at night and received several fellowships to finance my education. I received my BA (Honors) and MA at California State University, Sacramento and the Ph.D. from Texas Christian University in Psychology (Neuroscience Specialty). I was rethreaded as a clinician with a postdoctoral fellowship at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where I also taught. I then returned to Texas for another postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Again, I also held faculty rank there. After completing the fellowships I returned to California and became Faculty Chair and Director of the Child/Family Clinical Program for California School of Professional Psychology. I have been in private practice and consulting to organizations since that time, always keeping my hand in teaching at the university level.
My interests include surfing, sking (both water and snow),horse riding, as well as music and reading. I am divorced, but an active parent. My 15 year old son, Dusty and I compete in martial arts as members of the Kodan Kan Kosho Ryu Association. My daughter, Samantha (19) shows horses throughout the western states.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
