William King Jr.

I currently work as a manager at Warehouse Market I also own and operate a mobile DJ business that I started in August of 1999 called Regality (which by the way I started as a result of our 10 year class reunion at the Kalif Shrine in 1999) I have one Daughter Julianne who was born in 2000 and lives with her Mom (Beth) in Indiana. I was with Beth for 8 years and married for 6 years (1996 - 2003) it's sad how divorces tend to get get ugly for no logical reason. I went a year without seeing my Daughter that was a very hard year and I have fought tooth and nail as well as spending a lot of money in the last 6 years to just be able to spend time with Julianne. When Beth was pregnant with Julie in 1999 and took maternity leave (which has lasted 8 years now) I worked 2 full time jobs and my DJ Business for 2 1/2 years the only thing that kept me from extreme exhaustion was knowing that I was doing it for my little girl. I worked at Carl's IGA until they sold I stayed on as it became Sprouts until it closed to become Rocky Mountain Sporting Goods then went to work for Warehouse Market where I am still currently employed. This year I am heading America Cancer Society Relay for Life Julie looks forward to walking with my Dad as he walks his Survivor lap. My Dad had a Cancer ravaged lung surgicaly removed in 2001 and was given 6 months to Live, he is still alive today ... sometimes it's good to be wrong. Last year at Relay for Life we had a goal of $50,000 (to beat $40,000 from the previous year) we raised $75,000 I am hoping to do as well if not better this year (2009) our goal is $80,000 which means 40 teams each earning $2,000 in funds which is an obtainable goal.
