I was the shy nerdy guy sitting in the back row, remember? Probably not!
After loafing through high school, I graduated from ECC in 1971 with AAS degrees in Electronics and Civil Engineering, and WWU in 1974 with a BS in Industrial Design. After graduation, I went to work as a designer on the 747 and 767 programs at Boeing. I used to just care about sports cars but I finally discovered girls aren't bad when I met my first wife, Kelcey on a 90 day summer art history trip to Europe in 1978. I left a promising career at Boeing in 1983 when I got the teaching bug and went to Lake Washington Technical college - a big cut in pay but a lot more fun and I looked forward to work every day! I taught Architecture and Engineering to hundreds of students including some of our former classmates at EHS!
I met my wife Sue, who is from Boston, in 1992. My son Tyler is a U.S. Army Ranger and has four beautiful daughters. Son Grant got his MBA and is a marketing director at Vigor Industries.
I've lived in Everett all my life but I've travelled throughout the USA and europe too many times to count. I love all types of travel and adventures. I finally completed my MS in Education at Southern Illinois University in 1998.
I am retired from school now and concentrate on my own business. I spend my spare time in my 2 1/2 acre wildlife garden, renovating historic Everett homes, babysitting my four granddaughters and volunteering with many organizations in Everett and the Puget Sound area.
I never tire of school and my latest adventure is completing a Master of Humanities degree. I've also written my first novel. Not bad for a guy who hated English in high school!
While at EHS I unfortunately never joined a club or volunteered for anything so I guess I am just a late bloomer. Sometimes I wish I could relive those high school days again.
Check me out on Facebook to see my photos and follow my travels.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
