Today's Featured Biography
Marie Ellingson Swanson
I married a graduate of 1960, Frank (Skip)Swanson. We've been married 41 years and we're still in love with each other (miracles never cease). We lost Skip's sister Kayla Swanson in 2005 of a rare kind of breast cancer, and we both miss her deeply, she was a big part of our lives all through the years.
Our two sons live close by and we see each other daily.
Skip and I were blessed to be able to do some traveling overseas to Europe,Israel and Greece. I fell in love with Israel and would like to go back again someday.
We both enjoy fishing and like to get out in our little whaler putting around in the sound and up the river.
Both Skip and I surrendered to the Computer Age, and we both like to surf and I like to chat with Christians around the world.
I am still working on my book:God's Lamb Has Been Sleeping" up to 400 pages. I really need to edit. It is about my journey into darkness of the New Age and the Occult, and Jesus rescuing me from it. I also touch on many other subject matters of interest. After comming out of it,I took a seven year Bible Study Course and later became neworked as a facilator of information with ministers, priests,lawenforcement agencies and fellow researchers across the US,Canada and into England helping people who have come out of witchcraft and the occult. I hope the book will be informative helping others not to make the mistakes I did by tresspassing into the devil's territory. The devil doesn't care if you think things are a game or that you want to be a dabbler...the afterburn can be devastating in either case.
