After graduating from Granite High I spent the next three years at and graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in Political Science.
I have been married and divorced in the early 1980's but from that marriage came the greatest gift in my life, my daughter Hollie. I raised Hollie by myself from the age of 12 until she moved out to live in San Francisco in 2013.
I've spent the last 6 years living in Salt Lake City with my long time girlfriend Alicia. They have been the best years of my adult life. We like to travel. We've travelled to Vietnam, Cambodia, Guatemala, Belize, Mexico, Italy, Canada and Great Britain with more journeys being planned. Every year we make an autumn 4 day sojourn to somewhere in the states to experience the fall colors such as hiking to stay at the Laconte Lodge. I am truly lucky and fortunate and I acknowledge that constantly.
I've always thought that life no matter how long or how short it may be is a person's own spiritual odyssey. This odyssey doesn't adhere to any religion, moral template or any judgmental conclusion it just exists and beckons the person to experience it. The farther one travels the less one knows and that's okay.
