According to the “official” alumni class website, our 20 year reunion is scheduled for the weekend of July 25th 2009 in Corpus!

andrea delaney avendano
Hey All! I've lived in Austin for 14 years now, and I've been an elementary art teacher for the past 9 years. After graduating from UT art school, I decided to stay here in Austin because I absolutely love it! The people here are so friendly and open-minded, and there are tons of things to do. I can't really say I miss Corpus all that much, unfortunately. I am still single, and I don't have any kids (although, I do teach about 450), so I guess that makes me a little different than most people my age. Maybe I should be the next "Bachlorette", hee, hee. I have done an extensive amount of traveling throughout the years. I've been to France three times (my biological dad is French), Amsterdam, all over Italy and Germany, Canada and lots of places in the U.S. I haven't made it to Asia yet, but I hope to soon. I work at a very diverse elementary school which happens to be a Vietnamese magnet school, so Vietnam will be my first stop when I finally make it to Asia. I still keep in touch with Jackie, Dawn, Erica, and Tabitha, and I'm friends with a lot of former "Bluff Rats" who live up here. So, I guess that's enough about me. If I think of anything else, I'll be sure to add it.
