Today's Featured Biography
Marjory Hufnale Larison
I was elected to Northridge School Board in November of 2007, re-elected to board in 2011 for a second term, served as Board President in 2012.....I am currently involved in
community events as well as Northridge school
activites...running the Northridge Community
Parade for the past 35 years and chaired it the last 12 years....responsible along with husband, Darrell for the US Flag Display on
N. Dixie Drive that has been up ever since the year after 911...some 80 plus Flags with
2 displays of all 6 Military flags fly proudly on N. Dixie every May thru November. Flag display lasted for 10 years.
I also am the person responsible for ordering the engraved Bricks that are displayed in the "Path of Pride" in front on
both sides of the New Northridge High School

Darrell served on the Northridge School Board for 12 years in 1978 to
1990. We have had 3 Sons graduate from Northridge and 2 Grandsons. We now have 6 grandchildren, 4 boys and 2 girls and 1 great granddaughter and 1 great greandson plus 4 step grandchildren. Guess we really never left dear old Northridge High! Darrell and I are both active with the Harrison Township Trustees also,I am president of our Neighborhood Watch Association. Have had a lot of fun working with kids in Northridge at annual Easter Egg Hunts and many other activites. Darrell is currently filling a position as a Trustee for Harrison Township and he hopes to keep that position in the up-coming November 2009 election. Darrell won his election and is now serving as Vice President of the Harrison Township Trustees and will be named President next year...his next election will be in 2014.
