Today's Featured Biography
Nancy Fickling Warren
After High School I thought I would live in Charlotte the rest of my life. Isn't it funny how things turn out different than expected. I have lived in Washington D.C., Cincinnatti, Ft. Lauderdale, and now Tulsa, OK.
I worked at PTL in Charlotte where I had a wonderful time. I learned many positions that I carried with me to obtain great opportunities. Some of these were: Conference Coordinator, Associate Producer, Make-up for TV, Hotel Management and a few others. I also met my husband at PTL and we have continued to be connected to ministry work. In Ft. Lauderdale my husband bought all of the TV/Radio Air Time for Dr. D.J. Kennedy. I coordinated the Reclaiming America For Christ Conference with 27 speakers and Dan Quale keynote speaker. It was the first of many conferences. From there we moved to Tulsa, OK to work for an advertizing agency...and as a result we now have our own agency that mainly handles Ministry Media Buys and Joyce Meyer is our main client.
I do not have any children but enjoy my twin sister Joyce's four and her 5 grand kids. I just enjoy my Yorkshire Terrier and love to go to the Dog Shows. My Husband is into Olympic Weightlifting and has been since he was 13. He won a Silver Medalist in the 2005 World Masters Games. We are planning to go to the 2009 World's in Australia this Oct. I am expecting good times for him.
Since Highschool and thinking I would just stay in Charlotte I have had the opportunity through my career to see some of the world. Hawaii: Coordinated TV event, London, Germany, Switzerland, Canada...all are wonderful experiences. I look forward to many more to come.
