I retired from work as an attorney in 2007 and enjoy retirement immensely. I am a now a perennial volunteer: classroom teacher (of adults) of English as a Secong Language; appointee to the Falls Church Electoral Board; advisory board member for Aurora House, a court-referred residential facility for teenage girls. I'm interested in politics and policy, more on the local level. I am an editor and writer on a local-issues oriented web blog/magazine, which I helped found. My husband and I enjoy travelling, and we aim to visit every country in the world before we die! Wish us luck.
