Today's Featured Biography
Diana McCusker Schwoerer
As a lot of my fellow classmates already know, my oldest child Joshua lost speech, language and memory in 1986. We have been on a long journey to this point in time. Some good days, some bad, but he is with us an healthy at the moment. We are now helping our youngest, our daughter Jenni (who will graduate in the spring from FSU with a teaching degree) raise her daughter Charlotte. She is the brightest star in our lives. She gives me, her "Mimi" a daily dose of youth! Ed and I have been married almost 32 years. He and I work on restoring his 1981 El Camino (which I won for him in a raffle) and a 1969 Camaro (his car from high school). We are presently working on building a two story garage next to our new home that we have been in for one year. My sister and I started a home base business over a year ago. We make purses, tote bags and embroider items from baby burp cloths to shirts. We also do charity work for the cancer society in honor of our Mother who passed away 7 years ago. My sister is a whiz at the computer and has been working on her class RHS 77 reunion for years. She started this 1973 site and has helped numerous other sites with theirs. I am really proud of what she is accomplishing and give her all the credit for the time she spends on her site and others. If you get a chance, stop by our website and leave a message for her, she is to humble to brag, but I will for her. In closing, I would like to say how proud Ed and I are of our 2 children and our granddaughter. We are really blessed and thank God daily for the little things in life. If your parents are still alive, make sure they know how much you love them! You'll be glad you did someday when they aren't around. I always look forward to seeing old classmates and remembering the "good old days!" I wish you all with health and happiness! (Gotten a little wiser since high school! lol!)
