Today's Featured Biography
Ted Campbell
After (cough *ahem* koff) leaving high school in 1990, I pretty much floated around from entry-level job to entry-level job… up until… yeah, what time is it now?
I’m not a total dolt, of course. I read books w/ big words sometimes, occasionally watch a movie with subtitles, hike, bike, dance every month or so, haunt local coffee joints, and try and stay up with what’s going on in the world.
If good parenting were a martial art, I would be Bruce Lee. I’m Not Kidding. I’ve been married 10 years to my wonderful wife, who finds my chronic ADHD charming, so long as I keep my job. She went to a J.D. Salinger-esque East Coast private school, and cannot for the life of her get her mind around how often I bump into other Norsemen.
In case my credetials as "townie" are in question, I've kept in touch with lots of folks over the years; Ryan Borgman (90) Meridith Buinicki (89) Troy Patterson (92)I sat down and did some catching up w/ Byron Holstein (90) a few weeks ago - and Jason Heller (90) is the city editor for The Onion, where I do some freelancing.
I'm always working to turn writing into less of a "side job" and more of "my job".
