Is the Class of 1965 ready to party again?
Here we go again–hopefully!
The distinguished CCHS Class of 1965 will soon mark 57 years of survival since our adolescent innocence began its journey toward the wisdom and cynicism of “The Golden Years”.
Since the pandemic sabotaged our planned 2 year “birthday party” interval in 2021, we would love to try again this summer and catch up with all of our beloved former classmates.
So, please take a look at the following survey and help us check out the feasibility and logistics of a possible return to another joyous meeting for our senior support group.
1–Would you attend an informal, no-cost gathering of our class in the Denver area in July or August?
2–Previous meetings have been held on a Saturday afternoon, starting in the 4:00–5:00 range:

3–Since 2015, our venue has been Chinook Tavern, where they gave us the space and took care of us with optional pay-as-you-go food and drink. Since they are now out of business, we would find another local restaurant with similar accommodations:
Self-pay food and drink, local restaurant OK with you?
4–Which of the dates below would be compatible with your summer schedule? (These are all Saturdays)
July 16 July 23 July 30 August 13 August 20
5–Any other thoughts or suggestions you would like to share, regarding a ¾ century birthday party for the illustrious members of the Class of ‘65 this year?
Please share your responses with Pam Fistell as soon as possible, so we can go full speed ahead on our next class gathering–or mourn the lack of interest and schedule ourselves for Saturday Geriatric Bingo instead.
