Today's Featured Biography
Darin Hoggan
The Hoggan family lives happily in Fairfield, CT. We moved here from Utah seven years ago for a job opportunity. We have two girls, Grace and Faith.
Grace just finished third grade, loves double-dutch, and just passed off her 13 articles of faith at church.
Faith just graduated from pre-school, which my wife teaches, and is looking forward to starting school this fall.
My wife Melody and I have been married for fifteen years. She runs a small pre-school in our basement and I work from home as a learning and development consultant designing and delivering training classes for our clients. I specialize in diversity training and find a lot of enjoyment exploring new cultures and customs.
At church, my other life, I currently serve as a councilor to the Bishop. I know, I know, trust me, a person can grow and change a lot in twenty years. I'm thankful we can learn from our mistakes and become better people as a result.
Though New England is the most beautiful place I have ever seen, I miss Utah a lot. I get to come home about once a year to see my parents who still live in the same house (and always will).
I hope I get to come home for the reunion. I would love to see you all. There's just something special about the people I grew up with. To share memories and stories would be a blast.
Update: I just bought my ticket! See you all in August!
