Today's Featured Biography
Barbara (BJ) Levy
After 27 years of practicing law, I chose a different path and pursued Professional Life Coaching where I have the opportunity to support clients in major life transitions (usually long past due!) without having to go into battle. I also train other coaches and found I love teaching. I have found a life path in a state of beauty and probably feel younger now than I did in High School.
Travel has been a passion and I have seen much of Europe, Russia, Latvia, SE Asia, China, and Africa. I get away from rainy Seattle for much of November/December in Arizona and much of February/March in SE Asia--that is how I abide the cold gray rain these years. This April I have the opportunity to go on a 5 1/2 week cruise that starts in Singapore, and includes Thailand, India, UAE, Jordon, Egypt, Israel, Turkey and Greece. I feel gratitude and savor my life and each moment.
I spend most of the summer on Hood Canal in the Olympic Penninusla. I find I have become more and more of a country bumpkin as I get older. I enjoy my small garden, socializing with my neighbors in this small town of about 400, going crabbing, picking blackberries and taking my cats for walks.
I was married for about 20 years, and have been in a relationship the past ten years. I spend my time when I am not travelling or at Hood Canal in Seattle.
I hope you come to visit the great NW. And it will be great to reconnect for our 45th.
