Today's Featured Biography
Dawn Ryan Hill
I am so happy that I heard about this site and passed it on. I think this will be a great way to reconnect with all those friends from almost TWENTY YEARS AGO!! Can you believe it??
To summarize, after getting my license as a hair stylist and studing in Toronto, Canada for a while I met, then married my best friend, Bobby, in 1994. Life keeps us busy. We have no kids keeping us home, so, we LOVE to travel. Caribbean islands, cruises, Hawaii, The Lodge at Pebble Beach golf resort (for the golfer in my husband!) and other places in the states. We make our October anniversary a habit to go somewhere new each year. Every year, however, we enjoy a beach trip with about 20 friends to Gulf Shores for the 4th of July. An annual event we absolutely love.
I am still clipping away at Shear Dezigns on Charlotte Pike. I have narrowed my schedule down to 4 days a week which is great. It allows me lots of time to enjoy life. While not having kids, I have two of the BEST nieces ever! Jordan, 19, attends Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville. She is hoping to major in Secondary Education and possibly coach basketball- and naturally, LOVES college life!! Haley, 16, is a sophomore at Harpeth High School and is a star basketball player for the varsity team with many college letters of interest already. I am very, very close with both girls and I wouldn't have it any other way. Bobby is the Nashville District General Manager for Simplex/Grinnell a Fire Protection and Sprinker company. He's wonderful man and I am so lucky and blessed that God brought him into my life. With Bobby, my dog, Zoe, and my cat, Kiki, life is great.
I look forward to hearing from others soon and seeing many of you at the upcoming 20 year reunion this summer!
