Each year, CHS classes having their reunions customarily provide a scholarship to a CHS graduate. This year Class of 88 committed to providing a $500 scholarship to 2009 CHS graduate, Jeff Sczinski.
We are asking for your donation to put towards this scholarship, as we did not have the funds leftover from the reunion.
The scholarship will actually be presented to Jeff when he enrolls in his first college class following graduation from CHS.

Where to start...perhaps the reason I actually have time to sit down and write this..I broke my damn foot a couple of days ago and am forced to RICE (grudgingly, as I just got serious about training for the KC marathon). After some schoolin' at OSU I joined the Peace Corps and went to Nepal for a couple of years. After returning to the US I moved to Kauai, HI for 6 years where I became an RN. Then I moved to Portland, OR to train in ICU nursing for a couple of years, then did some travel nursing on the Oregon coast, northern CA, Reno and Vegas. Lastly, I got into anesthesia school at KU Med and moved to Kansas City in 2006 and have never experienced more stress in my entire life. I will graduate next May and am thinking about settling near or in Claremore for a few years because my little sister had the cutest little baby girl and I can barely stand to be a mere 4 hours from her in KC (my cat, Penelope, is enough child for me on a daily basis) If anyone has any input about the hospitals in the area please give me the details!
Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the reuinion as I will be in DC and NYC at the time. Maybe I'll run into some of you around town in the future!
