Today's Featured Biography
Dan Carter
Been quite a journey! Hello to all classmates, including Terry Freeman, Mike Capezuto, Gene Donatell, Phil Yacovazzi, Bill Stepp, Dave Durnan, Jeff Ball, Dave Dodd, Tony Pilz, Andy Csonka, Fred Delaney, Frank Luzow (sp?), Gary Bone, Len Artim, and others.
Don't forget Gail Moseley, Faith Cox, Kim Cole, Sheri McNary, Bertha Dannemiller, Joyce Hinkle, Jean Watrous, Linda Mastadonna, Margie Pappano, and...
The biggest regret of my life. My friend Liz Carter Ulm. She and I were friends since 6th grade at Riverview. I was happy to learn of her budding romance with a fellow named Dan Ulm. But then I learned that his family owned a small private plane. The premonition hit me immediately - she was at risk of perishing in an air crash. And sure enough, she died in that small plane. She came to me during a study hall and wanted my advice regarding a situation with her fiance'. It took great strength to hold back verbalizing my worries about her, but I did. I think, without question, that had I shown more interest in her, we would have married, and we would be attending Stow Reunions over the past 50 years. God bless you Elizabeth. Such a fine woman you were.
I haven't written about my work history, but that's not what impresses me. Seen some of the world as a member of the Senior Management team at Dell (Senior Mgr of Global Projects - Dell Japan), Roadway, when it was still Roadway, British Petroleum, and a few others. My main expertise is in project and program management, and most things involving computers. Much of that came from my studies at Akron U, during which time I won a national competition in computer systems design and programming. It was a nice trip to Indianapolis for the weekend.
Much more could be added to this bio, but that is for another day...

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
