Bob Rail

Robert R. Rail is recognized internationally as one of the foremost tactical terrorism experts on impending violence detection, deception, and contraband concealment. He has taught his highly motivational and entertaining “The Unspoken Dialogue” techniques and methods to people from more than 60 countries, and having personally instructed in Prague, Ghana, Bulgaria, Senegal, Moscow, Kiev, Madrid, Egypt, Bangladesh, Jordan, and numerous other locations…
As an instructor/consultant to the United Nations International Police Task Force IPTF in Bosnia and Kosovo and to the U.S. Dept. of Justice, he was responsible for designing curriculums and instructing elite police officers from nations who were deployed throughout the conflict areas of our world. He was also a resident instructor at the Specialized Advanced Training Unit of the High Institute of the Baghdad Police College,
He was named as a physical confrontation advisor and resource training provider to select personnel of NATO and OSCE, and awarded numerous times from many countries for his exceptional work in the international community.
As a retired 24 year veteran police officer he has an outstanding and extensive background of both martial arts knowledge and “on the street” law enforcement experience. He is an internationally respected and acclaimed master instructor. All through his classes, lectures, presentations and even casual contacts, he displays a constant flow of encouragement, enthusiasm, and instructional humor for his brothers and sisters in uniform.
He is a frequent contributor to television and radio programs, and periodicals.
