Sally Wood Marcinkewicz
While it's no secret I left HS due to much bullying at school as well as on the homefront from my own mother resulting once in staying with Mr Canavan, (BHS's history teacher) and his family overnight, I have no regrets yet there were some good times among the bad @lunch,chorus,typing class with Mr Schelgal, with he Bowling Team and @my Sophomore Hop...my best friend, Diane, and I remained close friends many many years.
Now a Mother of 3 adults,and divorced, am a "Nana" of three grandchildren, Kristopher 5, Katherine 3 and Margaret Rose 9 months, life has been good for the most part.
Everyone has their ups and downs and once you know who you are and not who you are told you are by others, the picture gets clearer, better and life is great.
Losing my dad due to heart failure a year before marriage was the hardest thing I ever endured..but as he would say..life must go on..He was the best father anyone could ask for..The easiest thing I ever did was love my family. I enjoy family time,art,music and reading. I belong to a craft group which meets twice weekly making all kinds of decorations and goodies. I am a Christian and cannot imagine life otherwise.
Life is a lesson....I've had my share of exams, now I am here to reap the benefits and many blessings from God.
I wish everyone health, happiness, and most of all peace...
