Craig Adams
After Graduating from Kearny, I went to college, taught English in Japan for two amazing and fun years, then finished at Loma Linda University, where I got my B.A., and married my wife of 33 years, Susan, who is an RN. Went on to serve as a youth pastor in Northern California, then went to Andrews University in Michigan, earning a Master's degree.
We were missionaries on the island of Pohnpei, Micronesia for 5 years, where I was a pastor of 3 churches as well as a mission school. Both of our daughters were born there. We returned home and settled in Valley Center in 1990. Worked in business a few years before getting my CA teaching credential.
I have been teaching English at Valley Center High school for several years,in many capacities. Taught grades 9-12, AP Lit, been Dept. Chair,as well as CSF & NHS advisor. We have two grown daughters, both graduated from college and married. We are active in church and with helping and guiding young people. We enjoy living in Valley Center, growing avocados, and traveling.
