Worked as a steel worker and machinist in the bay area until 1970 moved to Susanville in 70, went to Lassen College for 2 years worked for the U.S, Forest Service for 2 seasons then went to work for the dept. of correctons retiring in 2000 after a great sometimes exciting career. Active with Dollie and kids in 4 H little league and softball. Raised all the farm animals horses. cows. sheep. piga. chickens, rabbits etc. etc. Daughter Judy worked for 5years for Lassen co. sherriffs ofice (in the jail) now resides in Or. Son Jerry has a degree in radiologicl technology and works for the veterans hospital in Reno.Iam a board member of Lassen Lands Trails and trust and on the trails committee, also belong to the Susanville Bicycle Association. Rode 6000 miles last year also run 20 miles a week. ENOUGH ALREADY. Any runners or cyclists out there let me know. We'll ride up Mt. Diablo next year at the reunion. Dollie keeps me busy doing honey do's she's a hard task master but then thats what makes our place and new home looks so great!!!!!!!!
