I have sold my house in Bisbee, next door to the house where I grew up. I lived in that old house since 1995. As I was growing up it was my grandma's house, and I lived next door. I raised my kids in Bisbee, and took care of my mother the last 5 years of her life.
I now live in Sierra Vista where Leta and Jason live.
My son, Tony, lives in Utah and is a software engineer.
My daughter, Leta, is married to Jason Lindstrom, and they have moved to Sierra Vista in 2015. They have two teenagers, Aleah (16) and Joshua (14). Leta works as an orthodontic technician for Dr. Kawakami. Jason is an attorney and works for the Cochise County Attorney in Bisbee.
I retired in 2006, and have enjoyed these years. I enjoy time with my family and friends. Every year I go to Utah to visit an aunt and other relatives. I make quilts, and for the past couple of years have enjoyed doing some family history "looking up". I've learned some interesting things about my ancestors.
Bisbee was a great place to grow up in the years we were young. I have too many fond memories to elaborate. One favorite memory of BHS (besides the good friends) was the delicious homemade lunches we were served. I remember sitting in class the hour before lunch, with my stomach growling because of the aromas wafting up from the cafeteria.
