After graduation I worked in Madison for a few years, then enrolled at the University of Wisconsin and graduated from their School of Business. I secured my first job at a large commercial bank in Chicago. Then a job in manufacturing in Milwaukee and then back to Chicago for another job. Finally I was recruited by Southern Illinois University and eventually retired from the University in 2010 as Director of Information Technology.
I am still married to the same beautiful girl (Susan Heiney - Sauk City class of 63) and we have 3 adult children. A daughter in Madison, a daughter in Bolivar, Missouri and a son in Fort Worth, Texas. No grand children.
We live in Glen Carbon Illinois which is near the Mississippi river and about 25 miles northeast of St. Louis, Mo. We are entertaining moving to Florida in the near future. That's it in a nutshell.

Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
