DRESS: Semi-formal (dress as if you are a guest at someone's
wedding).
Would you believe there is less than a year to go until our 20-year reunion? Tickets for the event are on sale now. Buy your ticket(s) before April 2008, and the cost is $65 per person. Beginning in April, the cost will rise to $75 per person. On the night of the event, a limited number of tickets will be on sale at the door for $85. The committee would like to encourage people to buy as soon as possible as it makes it easer for us to plan a fantastic night for us all.
There are a few options available to you in terms of payment:
1) You can buy your ticket(s) on-line using a credit card. Paypal charges a $2.50 fee on each credit card transaction. Please be assured that this is a secure (and easy!) method of payment. Your information will be protected.
2) You can pay by cash. E-mail Aimee at ndss-gradd88@shaw.ca and she will arrange a time and place to meet you.
3) You can pay be cheque or money order. Cheques must be made out to NDSS Grad 88, and mailed to Aimee's attention at the following address:

IF you decide to mail a cheque or money order, please e-mail Aimee at ndss-grad88@shaw.ca to let her know it is coming. She will then watch for it and let you know when she has received your payment.
We've decided to have buffet stations as this type of set-up best lends itself to socializing. If, on the night of the reunion, you will be in need of accomodations (please, don't drink and drive!), we'd like to offer the following as possibilities:
1. Langley Cascades Hotel at 604-530-1500 or 1-877-750-1500 and quoting the name of the group (North Delta 20 Year Grad Reunion) or the group number #24968. The cost is $119.00 a night and rooms are limited. (So far over 10 rooms have been booked).
2. Langley Best Western - 5978 Glover Rd., Langley #604 530-9311 - Starting at $109.00 a night.
3. Days Inn & Suites Langley - 20250 Logan Ave, Langley #604 539-0100 - Starting at $79.00 a night
The count-down is on! Rooms are already being booked. See you all in 2008!
This web page is the primary way that the reunion committee will be relaying information to the NDSS Grad '88 class. If you're already registered on this site, please encourage others to also sign-up. We understand that some of you may not be comfortable sharing information about yourself on a web site. We would then ask that you contact myself (Aimee Furssedon - site administrator) and I can simply list you as "located." No other information need appear near your name. Jennifer D-C and I will be the only ones who have access to your e-mail address, and it will only be used to send you information about reunion events.
This web page is funded in part by donations, so if you like it, please consider chipping in $15 to keep it funded on into the future. (There's a link on this page with details about that.) As you can see we are funded till July 2009, thanks to all of those who have contributed!! Thanks A

Today's Featured Biography
Dean Carriere
We jumped ship to the Okanagan in '99 shortly after getting married. Subsequently, most of our families followed and now live within a stone's throw again. I think we've finally adjusted to the nuances of small-town living. We enjoy the area and the weather but miss a few of the niceties of a bigger city. Just as I did back in Vancouver, I manage a real estate portfolio. My wife Michelle recently came to work for me, leaving behind her 15 year career with McD's management. For R&R, I brew traditional beers from scratch, cook a lot of Asian foods, fly fish in our many nearby lakes, and make music in my project studio - none of which helps the waistline. Fortunately the kids and family stuff otherwise keeps us running with their sports and hobbies. I've bumped into a lot of ND'ers over the years - including one in a pumpkin patch last month... of all places! I still keep in touch with a handful of you.
