Today's Featured Biography
Connie Smith Thackston
Hi everyone!!
Lived here in Puyallup, working for a local bank and going to Highline Comm. Coll until I married in 1985. Married a Navy man and moved to the east coast in 1986. We lived all over New England, which I absolutely loved! Moved back home in 2000 for good. Have 3 great kids, Jared who is almost 23, graduated from Emerald Ridge and now works for General Dynamics. Brianna, 20... graduated from Bethel High School, and is working as a receptionist, and going to Pierce College. And then there is Drew. He is 12 yrs old and is just starting Jr. High at Cougar Mountain in Graham. He plays select baseball for the "Puyallup Rock" and is currently playing football for the Graham Eagles 7th grade team. He will also play football for Cougar Mountain.
I have worked for Albertson's Inc. since 2000, as a Personnel Coordinator. Fun place to work and once in awhile I get to see some old faces from school. I Have attended some Alumni assemblies and homecoming football games since moving back home. Rogers has changed a little but the old classroom buildings are pretty much the same. Great memories!! Would love to hear from anyone.
