Today's Featured Biography
Rees Healey Wiscombe
My life since high school has been wonderful! After going to college with some of my best high-school friends (Camille Taylor, Lori Robinson & Mindy Armitstead), I eventually found myself attending UVCC (now UVU--Woo-Hoo!!!) and serving on the student council there. That is where I met my husband, Kevin :) We were married in June of 1992 in the Salt Lake temple.
We've lived in a few different places over the years (Orem, Mesa-Arizona, Lehi, Springville) but have settled down in Pleasant Grove. Our first daughter, Micalyn, was born in 1997 followed a few years later by our son, Parker (2000). Jocelyn, our youngest, was born in 2003.
I have such fond and fun memories from high school :) I recently stumbled across a stash of high school pictures and I'm going to find the time to scan them and get them added to this website if possible. My friends really made my high school years some of the best of my life. I am happy to say that I keep in touch with many of those same friends even today. Camille Taylor (Larsen), Mindy Armitstead (Basilicato) and I celebrate each other's birthdays together and try to meet for lunch whenever possible. Once every few years, the whole gang gets together (me, Camille, Mindy, Jenny Peterson, Heidi Anderson, Dana Schear and Jenette Gray). Those are always fun nights out with the girls. We recently met up at the Cheesecake factory and had a wonderful time (see my slideshow).
My focus in life is definitely my family. I am always happiest when we are all together participating in some kind of fun family activity!
I hope more of our classmates find this website and post updates on their lives. It is fun checking in with everyone to see what's been happening with them since 1989!
