GREAT TIME AT THE 30th!
A great time was had by the 36 1978 JMHS graduates that attended the 30th reunion. Including spouses, about 65 were in attendance.

Today's Featured Biography
Leisa Webb Russell
After graduation in 1978, I went straight to Baylor and earned a BA in English in 1982. I
worked on campus and took classes for one year, then entered the Graduate School. In 1985, I received a MS in Education as a Reading Specialist.
Steve and I married in 1984. I taught first grade for eight years in Robinson ISD. When Rachel was born, I became a stay-at-home mom, and Steve and I took in foster children for two years which led to babysitting for relatives and friends. When Rachel went to Kindergarten at Steve's school (Parkview Christian Academy), they needed a first grade teacher for just one year due to an overloaded class. Mary Grace came along that year, and I "retired" from teaching a second time. My former babysitting kids' parents wanted me back, and my "willingness" turned into a business. I have lost count of how many kids I have "mothered".
If there is anything that I would like to say to all of my classmates, it is that for all of these thirty years, I have continued to grow in the Christian faith that I shared with you in high school and that the Lord Jesus has never failed me yet. If any of you ever want to talk about Him, I would be delighted. Love and Prayers, Leisa
