Hello everyone -
I'm a mom, a wife, a contractor, & a decorator and I'm not even employed at the moment!
Let's see, where to start...
I've recently remarried (October 16, 2006) and in so doing, acquired 5 step children in addition to my own 3. Take it from me, "Eight is Enough!"
I've just moved to Spring, TX to a cute little house where my husband, Matthew, and I live with my three daughters. I've gotten almost every room repainted, I've 'stained glassed' several windows, and am enjoying putting the house together to reflect our family.
I'm currently looking for a job in the area - I'd like to be close to the kids schools.
Matthew works for Air Liquide out of Houston as a Project Controls Analyst. His building is connected to The Galleria by a walkway so he says I'm never allowed to visit him at work - (just WHAT is he trying to imply?!)
My three girls - Jennifer (13), Emily (10), & Alyssa (8) are all beautiful, smart, angelic (ok, not so much) darlings that have given me joy and laughter and a sense of purpose that I didn't know was possible.
I am now twice the woman I used to be. Ok ok - so it's just weight gain, but I have a good life and if a little extra fluff is the only price I have to pay, that's really not so bad, huh?
It was really nice to read up on you guys and find out what everyone is doing these days. Take care - Julie
