After graduating from D-B in 1978 I went to work at Smithkline-Beecham Labs in Bristol,TN while taking college courses in logistics at night. I earned my degree in logistics in 1984 and continued working at SKB until 1990 when I accepted a position with another company and moved to Wilmington,NC. In Wilmington I worked for American Crane Corp.I was in charge of their transportation dept.and handled the shipping of large crawler cranes and parts all over the world. The experiance there was wonderful as I got to travel to many foreign countries and make many new friends in far away places. I accepted another position in 2002 with The Body Shop,a manufacturer of skin and hair care products located in Wake Forest,NC. I moved -hopefully for the last time- to Cary, NC. I still have lots of family in Kingsport so we come back very often.I hope to one day take my wife to a D-B basketball game!
