Greg Saukulak

With over 17 years of experience in Management, Training and Executive Search, Gregory Saukulak has developed a wide array of skills across several disciplines, to include, management, coaching, process improvement, training program design, development and implementation, and executive search and sourcing. Prior to founding SAUK Associates, for eight years Greg has served as the Managing Director of Interactive Resources and Marketing for The Execu|Search Group, a New York based Executive Search and Staffing firm. In this role Greg oversaw the development of the company’s website and online marketing initiatives, as well as the management of their internal resume database and candidate sourcing efforts. Greg’s experience also extends to the corporate world where he held the positions of Recruiting Manager and Manufacturing Manager for an Electronics Manufacturing Company. In these roles Greg honed his skills as an adept trainer and coach as well as an effective manager. Greg’s management and leadership experience were developed early in his career as a Naval Surface Warfare Officer, where he was responsible for leading a division of skilled technicians. This experience taught him an important lesson, “respect isn’t given, its earned.”. As a distinguished military graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and a former Naval Officer, Greg has had first-hand experience with successfully applying his leadership, training, management and recruiting skills in the manufacturing and recruitment industries over the course of his career. His diverse background has influenced his approach to effectively managing projects and staying on top of fast-changing needs and trends in the marketplace: “Clear communication is key to the success of any endeavor. My priority is to ensure that everyone involved in a project fully understands the goals and expectations. This is the only way to minimize errors and ensure goals are met or exceeded.” A member of the Executive Search Roundtable, as well as the Reserve Officers Association of America and Navy League, Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. His free time outside of work is spent with his wife and dogs. He enjoys fishing, boating, and photography.
