Today's Featured Biography
Bob Holley
I joined the Navy in 1963, was stationed at New Iberia, LA and Corpus Christi, Tx. While there I went to Carlsbad, NM to marry the girl I met in 1958. I was sent to Quonset Point RI before going to the Antarctica for two tours for six month each. Linda and I have been married since Oct. 1964, will soon celebrate 49 years and hoping to make 50. Mr. Ed Apple was the most influence on me during my time at Elk City High School. Pete Hill and Kenneth McAdams were like brothers to me. We had some wild and fun times, which are better left untold!!!! My favorite singing group was the Beach Boys. I remember the times spent at Dairy Maid Drive-In and the Westland Theater. Lots of good memories from my days in Elk City.
