After graduating I went to the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park NY, 1984. I became an Executive Chef for various restaurants and hotels in Washington D.C., Virginia and then in Dallas Texas. I met my husband who is also in the restaurant business while in Austin Tx. We got married in 1994 in Colonia and moved to where his family is from in Michigan. I got involved in the liquor / wine business and had 2 children. We visit my family in Colonia a few times a year and go to our families beach house in Bethany Beach Delaware yearly. After getting my Bachelors degree I moved from the distributor side of the wine business to the supplier side, and work for non other than Mr. Francis Ford Coppola; the Oscar award winning Director. With our son at MSU and our daughter ready to start college, it will be very quiet around the house. Feel free to reach out if anyone is ever in the Midwest or through Facebook.
