Today's Featured Biography
Angelo Burstion
Class of '83,
Just wanted to thank you guys for getting together and continuing the great legacy of 1983 --- as in all the previous year's during the festivities, I have been deployed to some part of the world that requires the U.S. Navy's attention. This year is no different, I will be in the Middle East (Iraq) starting Thursday and won't return any earlier than Jan 2009 --- so, with those thoughts in mind, I hope our class can be organized enough to once again celebrate life, liberty and freedom ---- I won't be there to help organize or celebrate, but it would mean a great deal to me if you all could stick together and just celebrate and appreciate one another!!
On the dates that have been prescribed there is no other place in the world I would rather be, but as I stated, duty calls! So, get organized, have a celebration, be thankful for your life and celeberate for us guys who can't!!!
I been doing this for a long time and I am use to missing important events (birthdays, holidays, weddings, etc) - If you don't believe me, just ask Val, but for some reason this one seems different; although I will miss it, it would really make me happy to hear all the great stories when I get back! So, I hate to impose, but if you don't want it for yourself. Man, do it for me (cause I can't!!)
